The Package

Basic Salary: £19,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 2 months)

Realistic Earnings (including commission): £25,000 - £30,000

Location: Medway City Estate

Work Pattern: Work Pattern: Monday - Saturday (08:45 - 18:00) with 4 shift patterns: 08:45 - 17:00, 09:00 - 17:15, 09:15 - 17:45, 09:45 - 18:00  You’ll work 2 Saturdays in a row, then have the following Saturday off!

I joined in 2018 and have been promoted several times to become Senior Sales Executive and Team Leader. My manager, Jo has always supported my growth. I love watching people succeed. I've helped several colleagues progress, and three are ready for their next step!

So, what would I actually be doing? Grabbing that all important coffee and dive into inbound calls from customers, including:

“please can I book a viewing?”

“can someone help me apply for a mortgage”

“how do I go about putting my house on the market”

And more! You'll also generate new business and connect customers with properties, valuations and services like mortgages and conveyancing.
