The Package:
🗓️ Start Date: ASAP
💰 Basic Salary: £24,360
💸 Realistic Earnings (including bonus): £28,000- £32,000
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 17:30

🏡 Location: Pulborough (but could be looking after neighbouring offices)

Do You Have:
🏠 Previous estate agency experience but prefer a Monday to Friday schedule?
📈 Experience as a PA, Team Administrator, Mortgage Processor, Financial Services Administrator, or Sales Administrator?

About the Role:
Our Sales Progressors are key to delivering excellent customer service, and we’ll train you to excel in this vital role. You’ll coordinate the exchanges and completions of multiple properties, providing regular updates to clients and ensuring everything is on track. 🏡🔑

Excellent organisation and IT skills
🤝 Ability to build rapport with clients
Resilience, professionalism, and a positive attitude
⏰ Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Your Responsibilities:
👥 Provide high-level customer service and support throughout the process
Coordinate exchanges and completions within set timeframes
📞 Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and mortgage advisors
Work towards targets and assist the sales team when needed
