The Package

💰 Basic Salary: £21,000 (additional guaranteed earnings for an initial training period)

Commission: £30,000 (dependant on skills and experience)

📅 Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.30

Location: Crawley & the surrounding areas

🎯 What would I be doing day to day?

Your role is all about helping customers showcase their homes at their absolute best. Day to day, you’ll be:

Providing a friendly, professional service to every customer

Producing high‑quality photography, floorplans, and virtual reality tours

Creating Energy Performance Certificates (training available if needed)

Working from home with a centrally managed schedule — no need to juggle bookings yourself 

📝 What do I need?

Solid experience in digital photography (property/commercial is preferred)

Good IT skills — experience creating floorplans/virtual tours is a bonus (full training provided)

DEA qualification? Great. No experience? We’ll train you!

Tons of positive energy and a genuine desire to deliver outstanding service

Ambition, self‑motivation, and the ability to stay calm under pressure

A full UK driving licence

You must ideally live in or near Crawley — location matters for this role
