Start Date: ASAP

Basic Salary: £27,000-£29,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Realistic Earnings (including commission): £40,000 - £45,000 (Uncapped)

Location: Faversham

Work Pattern: 5 days over 7

Your Day-to-Day:

• Welcome and build relationships with customers, helping them find their dream home
• Present relevant products and services to customers
• Identify potential leads and refer clients to the right colleagues
• Communicate and liaise with developers (our clients)

What You’ll Bring Wards of Kent:

• Experience in new homes site sales (essential)
• Previous experience in residential estate agency (desirable)
• Confidence, excellent communication, and a genuine love for helping customers
• A professional, organised approach with a strong work ethic
• Ability to think on your feet and be flexible
• A driven attitude to achieve your targets
