The Job
🗣️Meeting and greeting on-site visitors establishing good relationships and “Helping” our customers achieve their dream move
🆘Providing advice and information regarding the properties and site
📝Capturing contact details and discussing and upselling additional services such as mortgage advice, conveyancing and other additional services
📞Maintaining contact with clients via telephone, email or face to face ensuring we “out-passion” our competition
🗨️Liaising and communicating with Developers and estate agency branch colleagues
The Person
📅You must be available to work flexible days, including weekends and bank holidays, which are our busiest times, generally between the hours of 10am and 5pm
🏘️Experienced in New Homes site sales
