Salary: £23,000 (On Target Earnings: £25,000) 💰

Location: Medway

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

We’re looking for someone to join our team and provide crucial support to our expert Mortgage Advisors. You’ll start as a trainee, receive full training and be on your way to advancing within 6 months! 🚀

Arun Estates is the largest independent estate agency in the South-East of England. Our mortgage services, Mortgage Matters, is part of the Arun Estates network, which includes over 100 branches across well-known brands like Wards of Kent, Douglas Allen, Cubitt & West, and Pittis. 🏡

What will I be doing?

• Keeping clients updated on the progress of their mortgage 🏡

• Liaising with lenders, solicitors, mortgage advisors and managers 📞

• Ensuring compliance with regulations, including data protection 🔒

• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems 📂

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise 🗂

• Knowledge of the mortgage process (preferred but not essential) 💡
