Location: Rochford, Essex
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 9.00 – 17.30 (some flexibility considered)

What You’ll Be Doing
Ensuring customer due diligence is fully completed by reviewing both database reports and manual checks - keeping us compliant with Anti‑Money Laundering regulations.
Spotting potential risks and raising concerns with senior colleagues in a professional, clear, and timely way.
Supporting wider compliance and administrative processes as new business needs arise.
Handling incoming calls with calmness, friendliness, and confidence—no matter what comes your way.
