I started my journey with Wards 24 years ago as a trainee negotiator in Deal, inspired by the great experience I had buying my first home. The team felt more like friends than agents and that stuck with me. I’ve since worked through a variety of roles and loved every minute. Helping people make life-changing decisions, and building trust along the way, is what motivates me. Today, I support our internal customers, our brilliant staff - and love seeing others grow and follow similar paths, changing their own lives and those of our customers. I’m also incredibly grateful for the support of my wife and three children, who provide the motivation to keep pushing the limits of what’s possible.
