With a career beginning in 1996 as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor, I have developed extensive experience across the industry, progressing through a variety of leadership roles focused on coaching, developing, and empowering colleagues to reach their full potential. I am passionate about creating an environment where people can truly flourish and ensuring customers receive an exceptional homebuying experience.
I feel privileged to have built such a rewarding career, supported by my wonderful family. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, walking with our dog, and exploring new places on holidays in our camper van.
