The most rewarding part of what I do is seeing the staff progress within the business, more than half of my current management team joined the business as trainees!
When I’m not working I enjoy family time – I’m married to my lovely wife and am lucky to have two grown up children and love being outdoors, running, walking, socialising, visiting and new and old places and enjoying life!
