I’ve been with Arun Estates for over 10 years, starting my career in the business at branch level and progressing through a number of operational roles before becoming Group Training Director.
That journey is a big part of why I love what I do. I’ve been in the shoes of the people I now train, which means the development we deliver is practical, relevant, and grounded in real experience.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and watching my children grow into amazing adults — something that reinforces just how important support, development, and encouragement really are. Seeing people grow, build confidence, and progress in their careers is what motivates me every day.
