The Package
💸 Basic Salary: £26,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)
📈 Realistic Earnings (including commission): £45,000 - £50,000
🚗 Car Allowance: £3,000 or Company Car
Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

The Job
🔑 We get it, customers need our advice, help and support and so does your team!
As a Sales Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring sales are managed and progressed smoothly with minimal disruption for customers.
📈 Valuing properties and advising on how to showcase them to achieve the best possible price for the vendor
Identifying new leads and generating business to improve performance
🏡 Working closely with your sales team, downloading new properties that you’ve brought to market and matching customers to properties they’ll love building relationships with professional colleagues such as solicitors, lenders and other estate agency companies
💬 Helping the Branch Manager motivate and manage the team, stepping in to run morning meetings and coaching sessions when needed
Staying informed about current market conditions and all things estate agency-related

You should have the ability to build great relationships, where customers genuinely trust and buy into you, with a fantastic record of turning valuations into listings and sales

Lead by example, tackling challenges and focusing on turning the “ordinary” into the “extraordinary”
🏃‍♂️ You’ll be self-motivated, able to work in a pressurised environment and passionate about helping people on their journey, especially when they find their perfect home
