The Package:

Basic Salary: £31,000

Realistic Earnings (including commission): £60,000

Work Pattern: 5 days a week (including alternate Saturdays)

Additional Benefits: Company car or car allowance (up to £4,000), 33 days holiday + birthday off, profit related bonus share scheme, holiday commission, pension, life insurance, private healthcare, company rewards & incentives, structured career path

Our customers’ experience starts with YOU! In providing that personal, professional estate agency expertise and advice, you help us make sure our customers get the best possible service at all times 

Lead and manage your own business, focusing on profitability and growth

Motivate and inspire your team, running meetings and coaching sessions

Successfully list properties and support vendors in selling at the best price

Stay up to date on market conditions and build your reputation as a local expert

Work closely with your team to match properties with potential buyers

The Person:

Proven ability to build great relationships, convert valuations into sales, and lead a team

Driven, ambitious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

A genuine interest in helping people find their perfect home

Strong work ethic, aligned with our values of honesty, respect, and trust

Full driving license required
