The Package

⏳ Start Date: ASAP

💷 Basic Salary: £21,000 with guaranteed Earnings (first 3 months training): £30,000

🎯 Realistic earnings including appointment bonus: £30,000–£32,000 (depending on experience)

💼 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30. Our ideal candidate will work every Saturday, with a fixed weekday off provided in return, however for the right person we can accommodate 2 Saturdays per month

What Will I Be Doing Day-to-Day?

Your role is all about helping customers showcase their homes at their absolute best. You’ll be:

Providing friendly, professional service

📸 Producing high‑quality photography, floorplans, and virtual reality tours

Creating Energy Performance Certificates (training available!)

🏠 Working from home with a centrally managed schedule — no booking admin for you! 

What You’ll Need:

📷 Solid digital photography experience (property/commercial ideal)

Good IT skills (floorplans/virtual tours = bonus — full training provided!)

🎓 DEA qualification? Great! No experience? We’ll train you!

Tons of positive energy & a real commitment to delivering outstanding service

🎯 Ambition, self‑motivation & calm under pressure

Full UK driving licence

📍 You must ideally live in or near Crawley
