The Package

📆Start Date: ASAP 

Basic Salary: £22,000 (Guaranteed earnings for a fixed period)

💰On Target Earnings: £32,000 (Uncapped)

Location: Rochester, Medway

⏰Work Pattern: 39 hours per week – 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday. 8:30am-4:30pm Friday.

We are seeking motivated and driven salespeople to help secure appointments for our Mortgage Advisors within our estate agency offices and in our direct sales team.

What will you do every day?

📞Contact and build great relationships with clients from varying warm leads

Book in quality appointments resulting in additional mortgage & protection business for the company

🗣️Nurture your leads to provide a positive customer experience from start to finish

Meet and exceed targets relating to appointments and mortgage sign ups

📆Liaise with Mortgage Advisors to book clients in for general Mortgage reviews

Maintain a compliant service in line with the necessary authorities’ requirements

💻Update records using our computer software

Work with your colleagues in Direct Sales to boost business
