💰 Competitive Salary (Dependent on Experience)

⏰ Work Pattern: 9am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday (with 1 in 3 Saturdays which includes a standby rate and a higher rate if called out)

The Role: Solving complex IT problems and ensuring our end-users have seamless technology experiences.

💻 Provide advanced technical support – Diagnose and resolve complex issues.

🔍 Manage and maintain our Windows environment, PCs, laptops, and mobile devices running at peak performance!

🛠️ Install, configure, and troubleshoot our PC and laptop environment

📱 Support remote and on-site users across the Southeast of England.

The Person:

🔑 Technical Problem-Solver – You have 5-7 years of hands-on IT experience and can troubleshoot complex hardware issues.

🧠 Microsoft Environment Expert – You know Windows 10/11 inside and out and understand networking principles.

💬 Customer-Focused – You genuinely enjoy helping people and can explain technical concepts in user-friendly language.

⚡ Self-Motivated – You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can prioritise effectively, and take ownership of your work.

🚘 Mobile and Flexible – You have a valid driver's license and are comfortable traveling to support users at different locations.
