You will be working in a centralised team of compliance professionals under our mortgage services brand, Mortgage Matters.

路 Review and audit sales files for compliance
路 Conduct customer care calls
路 Identify and rectify discrepancies in applications
路 Ensure all applications are compliant and up to date
路 Provide remote support to estate agency branch Mortgage Advisors
路 Identify trends and recommend related training needs
