We’re proud to be the only estate agent in England accredited as a Propertymark Qualifications centre.
That means our agents can gain nationally recognised qualifications with full support from our in‑house training team - all of whom have completed the qualification themselves. Our people follow a clear learning pathway, supported by our trainers, with the flexibility to study alongside their day‑to‑day role.
We spoke to two of our agents that are currently progressing through their Propertymark journey.
What inspired you to begin your Propertymark Qualification?
“When the opportunity was discussed I thought it was good to gain more knowledge in a field I am passionate about, with this new qualification I thought it would help me on my future with wards to move to a higher position and give me more confidence. This could be a qualification that is mandatory in the future so it’s great we have been given the opportunity to do it now.”

How did we support you through your training and what difference did it make having trainers who have completed the qualification themselves?
“Having trainers who have actually been through it themselves is a huge help. They know where it gets tricky and they're good at simplifying the more complex stuff in a way that actually makes sense. I've had regular catch-ups throughout and they've always been on hand when I've needed them, it's made the whole process feel a lot less daunting than it might have been otherwise.”

How has completing the qualification changed the way you work with customers?
“I'm not fully through it yet, but it's already had a big impact. I find myself going into certain conversations with a lot more confidence and with better understanding of the finer details of what we're actually responsible for as agents, and what clients need to be aware of that they might not have even thought to ask about. It's shifted my mindset from just getting deals done to making sure people are genuinely protected and properly looked after throughout the whole process. That feels important to me.”

What are you most proud of from your learning journey?
“Honestly, just staying committed to it alongside a busy job. It would have been easy to put it off or let it slip down the priority list when things got hectic, and there were definitely moments where it would have been tempting to do exactly that, but I kept at it. When people are trusting you with one of the biggest financial decisions they'll ever make I think that deserves more than just showing up on experience alone. Having this qualification feels like a way of making sure that trust is genuinely well placed.”
